Microwaves

it is a sign of the times we are living in that people become shocked and intensely impressed when they find out how i make popcorn. in a pot, on the stove, with some olive oil.

i hate microwaves. i won’t use them. not even for the smallest, quickest task. i’ll even go out of my way to ask the waitress if a microwave was employed in the preparation of my food- and if so, take it away. yep- i am that much of a freak. and why not?

there’s a reason they say “nuke it”.

microwaves heat using radiation- this process kills any and all nutritional value and leaves you with dead, indigestible, acidic and sometimes poisonous food.

a substitute technology worth looking into is far-infrared technology. popular in Japan, far-infrared appliances include: ovens, egg cookers, heating pads and even personal saunas. far-infrared waves are not dangerous to human health. in fact, the opposite is true. the far-infrared wave is the natural wave emanated by living organisms, including human bodies. when you sleep next to someone, your body is exchanging far-infrared waves with their body. far-infrared waves increase circulation and therefore clean the blood. it has also been proven that food cooked with far-infrared appliances are very high in anti-oxidants. it is no wonder that the Japanese are deeply concerned about the dangerous effects of GMO’s on human health. visit my store for a wide variety of infrared appliances.

let me know if you’ve ever used far-infrared technology.

I do not like microwave ovens either they do not heat or cook food as good as proper cooking apart from all the other negatives I find about them. New ways are not always the best.

Hey! Any chance you could provide some reference materials on the microwave thing? I’d like to learn more. I’ll check out the far-infrared thing too. Japan is neat.
