Acid vs. Alkaline

the body has a very small margin for fluctuation of PH level. as a matter of fact your blood must be constantly kept at a specific PH because if it falls even the slightest bit- you die. PH levels range from alkaline to acidic- and your blood must stay alkaline.

some foods are “acid forming” others “alkaline forming”, meaning they create different reactions in the blood. this can get confusing, lemons are an acidic fruit but are extremely “alkaline forming” to the body.

your body works continuously to maintain your PH level. “acid forming” foods will bring the blood PH down and put your body in danger if processed all at once. to avoid this the body must store acidic matter somewhere far from the main flow of blood. your fatty deposits are simply the acidic wastes that your body could not process.

therefore, eating a diet of only “acid forming” foods will make you fat.

we can take this one step further:

your fatty deposits are avoided getting minimal blood flow and therefore minimal oxygen flow (since blood carries oxygen). it is known that cancerous cells can only form in the absence of oxygen. therefore, eating a diet of only “acid forming” foods can predispose you to cancer.

here’s what you can do:

1) exercise. exercise forces blood into the fatty deposits of the body, cleaning out acidic waste.

2)
get plenty of sleep. this is when your body rejuvenates and alkalizes.

3) eat a diet of 70% alkaline and 30% acid forming foods.

4) use an infrared sleeping pad. far infrared waves increase circulation, cleaning the body of acidic waste. (see store)

come back soon for a complete list of alkaline and acid forming foods.

Good morning! I’m looking forward to seeing your list of alkaline and acid forming foods. I am trying to lose weight and I just don’t seem to be getting anywhere. I’ve lost inches from exercising, but I would like to see pounds gone also. So this will help. Also, what is an infrared sleeping pad? I’ve never heard of them.

    God Bless!
