i think we get the idea: if we want to meet a 70% alkalizing to 30% acidifying
ratio in our diet, we’ve got to figure out a way to eat A LOT more fresh vegetables. here’s a tip, start your day off with a green smoothie.

my recipe goes like this:

blend 1 banana, tons of blueberries, a bunch of raw flax seeds and several leaves of kale with some organic apple juice.

it’s delicious!
